Townley Grammar

Townley Grammar School was founded in 1937 and is one of the selective schools in the Bexley London Borough. The school has over the years established a tradition of academic excellence and is a lively, caring community of which we are justly proud.  At Townley education is a creative process, we have a learning community, which encourages academic, emotional and physical confidence. We deliver workshops to primary schools every Tuesday and offer selection of full day and half day sessions. We can travel to primary school if needed and deliver computing lessons there. We can be flexible on timing but normally carry out morning sessions between 11:30 and 12:30 , afternoon sessions between 1:30 and 3:15 and full day workshops at Townley betweenn 9:30 and 2:30. We currently offer the following workshops : Game making with Scratch ( Crazy Mazes or Dance with the Algo-rythms) ( full day workshop at Townley ) Webpage design with google sites ( 1-hour sessions for 5 weeks ) Binary number system and computer systems (1-hour sessions for 4 weeks ) E-safety (1-hour sessions for 4 weeks ) Physical computing - Microbit Please contact Lead Teacher at akopycinska@townleygrammar.org.uk to book your computing workshop.
