As a school that was ‘Highly Commended’ in the ICT Excellence Awards in 2018, we were delighted to be one of the four schools in Northern Ireland that was awarded Digital Schoolhouse (DSH) status in Summer 2018.  

Computing forms such an integral part in today’s society and is used daily to help us solve many problems. Within the ever growing ICT sector, 1.4 million jobs relating to ICT will be available but the demand is higher than the number of people qualified. 

Digital Schoolhouse (DSH) allows teachers to develop a number of valuable skills including computational thinking allowing them to access the computing curriculum at KS2, 3 and 4. The interactive workshops allow students of all abilities to participate in games, puzzles, dance, art, magic tricks, maths and much more.
