South Essex College

South Essex College are proud to offer Digital Schoolhouse sessions to schools within South Essex and the Basildon area!

We have been offering a wide range of different courses within Digital Technologies for a number of years now, from Animation to Games Design, ICT and even E-Sports. We have recently opened a new Digital Technology Centre in Basildon where sessions will be held with up to date technology and learning areas designed around giving your pupils the best learning experience possible. We have resources such as state of the art computer systems, Raspberry Pi's, an art room and much more.

These sessions will take place in our Games Development room, providing ample space for unplugged activities and access to computers specifically designed for game development. This enriching environment allows pupils to immerse themselves in authentic game development setups.

Sessions will generally be offered on Fridays but discussions can be made for other days where possible. Feel more than free to contact us via E-Mail if you would like more information or if you are thinking about booking in a session with us.

We are happy to offer secondary schools as well, it might even be a great chance to offer students a taste of what college life is like.
