Woking High School is a Digital Schoolhouse and we are looking forward to work  withboth students and teachers with the inspring and challenging world of Computer Science probelm solving. 

With a focus on challenge, problem solving, we aim to delivere a Computing curriculum which develops students understanding of computational thinking through the use of both plugged and unplugged activities.

Woking High is an 11 - 16 school in Woking-Surrey. We are also a Lead School in the Network of Excellence as well a Computing on Schools (CAS) Community Leader  in Computer Science teaching.

Workshop days and hours

We are currently offerin y every other Monday between 13:30 and 15:30 (Starting from 11th March 2019).

Possible sessions for 2019 acadmeic year are:

1. March: 11th, 25th

2. May: 20th 

3. June: 10th, 24th

4. July: 8th, 22nd

Sessions can be held either at WHS or at your school, based on your prefernce and requirments.

4 Computing rooms, with 32 PC in each room.

We have Raspberry Pi's and Micro:bit devices ready to use. We use 1 of the networked Computing rooms for Digital Schoolhouse sessions.

Some of the sessions will be held in the library, main hall or the computing rooms dpeneding on the nautre of the task booked.
